Kendall-Brunson

Kendall Brunson

Teacher/Owner

Teaches: Piano, Voice, and Guitar

Kendall began her love of music by studying the flute at the age of four. Although she quickly moved to the piano, she has studied various instruments over the past twenty years, including the saxophone, violin, guitar, drums, and voice.

A Jacksonville native, Kendall began teaching in Northeast Florida in 2005, and she graduated from Jacksonville University in 2009. She loves introducing her students to Bach, Beethoven and John Williams and hopes to infuse lessons with her own enthusiasm and passion for music. Kendall emphasizes reading and theory so her students have the ability to learn and enjoy multiple instruments.

When she’s not teaching, Kendall loves to drink coffee, read mystery novels, and take her dog Sophie for long hikes.

Eric Dietz

Teacher/Owner

Teaches: Guitar, Bass, Piano, Theory and Composition

Eric moved to the First Coast from Washington State as a chemist, but quickly began studying guitar, bass, and harmonica. This expanded into piano and upright bass with an emphasis in music theory and composition. Soon he left his lab coat behind to enter into UNF’s Jazz Program.

Now, after teaching in North East Florida for over a decade, his passion for teaching and music is stronger than ever. As a teacher he’s patient, methodical, and entertaining, and he loves to teach music theory.

During his down time, Eric kayaks, fishes, mountain bikes, reads fantasy and science fiction, composes and performs.

Teaches: Piano and Voice

Desiree began her love of music at the age of 5 when she began taking classical piano lessons. She continued her musical journey by learning how to play various instruments in the marching band throughout middle and high school. She thoroughly enjoys sharing her love of piano with her students and watching their individual growth throughout the years.

When she is not playing or teaching piano, she enjoys a good cup of coffee, exploring new places, and spending time with her family.
